- Returns must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or service completion.
- Products must be returned in original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Only items purchased directly from Davis Tech Repair are eligible for return.
- Defective or malfunctioning items that were not tested upon purchase are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Software, software licenses, or any activated software.
- Products that have been customized or personalized.
- Service fees, including labor for repairs, diagnostic fees, and parts, are non-refundable unless the original issue persists under warranty.
- Davis Tech Repair is not responsible for any issues caused by the products or services provided.
Refund Process
- Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used.
- Refunds for debit/credit card payments will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds on Service and Repairs:
- Services are non-refundable unless the issue has not been addressed under our 30-day warranty for parts and labor.

Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- Products purchased from Davis Tech Repair may be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase if they are defective or malfunctioning and were not tested upon purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Exchange Limitations:
- Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged.
- Items found to be damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for exchange.
Return Process
- In-Store Returns:
- Visit Davis Tech Repair with your product and proof of purchase to return or exchange it. Our staff will assist you in processing your return or exchange.
