I had an excellent experience at this store. He fixed my laptop and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the fan, motherboard, and how the fan speeds work. He is extremely knowledgeable, smart, and patient—he really knows what he’s doing.
On top of that, he also fixed my child’s tablet and didn’t charge me anything extra for it. That kindness meant a lot to me.

Amazing service and kindness! I brought my iPhone SE in for battery replacement and screen repair on two separate occasions. Repairs were done so quickly and were very affordable! I’m so grateful to Davis Tech repair!! I would hate to trash an otherwise perfectly good phone. Repair is a radical act! Great repair shops like Davis Tech Repair are saving our planet!

For the second time, I’ve gone to Davis Tech Repair for an urgent issue. Both times, Halil made time to see me almost immediately, and he addressed the issues thoroughly. This week he worked past closing time to fix my problems and charged only a nominal fee. It’s clear that what he really likes to do is help people out. He’ll vanquish the dragons wreaking havoc in your machine, but for you, he’ll have nothing but kindness.

I spilled tea in my mousepad and immediately panicked and found this repair shop on Google Maps based off good reviews. I dropped my laptop off at 2 pm and it was done by 3:45, even as a walk in!!
Halil was so thorough and cleaned out everything. He then tested the battery health, the keyboard health, and the charging health. He even tested my charger and made recommendations on what to use instead (since my charger was not at the right voltage due to damage). He then showed me an alternative and explained exactly why it was better. He even replaced the little bumpers on the bottom that I had lost, without charge, just because he noticed they were missing!
The platform to check the status updates online is well done, and the whole experience was so professional, smooth, and affordable. I will be recommending this shop to any and everyone! Cannot give enough kudos and praise.

Highly recommend! My Lenovo laptop had a hardware problem and it started causing issues with one of the wifi adapters. I had brought it in and got a quick diagnosis and software fix. A more permanent fix for the hardware problem was recommended but not insisted on for the time being, so I opted to wait and save money. Some months later, this became a problem again, so I brought the laptop back and he was able to identify the problem in a few minutes, had the parts in stock that were needed, and everything was fixed in less than a day. Great customer service and fast fixes! The store is open through the evening, which is very convenient.

I showed up one hour before the appointment and they helped me out! I love their transparency about pricing as you can check how much it will cost to replace a part before coming for an actual check. They spent 2 hours replacing my screen and battery. Compared to other places that I looked up, I spent a bit over half of those places for screen and battery replacement.

Highly recommended! Amazing service, friendly and respectful. Got my Pixel phone fixed (broken screen) in a few days at affordable price. I was given options of replacement screens, and the overall process was smooth. Once repaired, additional tests were run in front of me to confirm all was fully working. Repair was top-notch and I now feel like I have a whole new phone. Will go there again for sure.

They convinced me that I should not give my laptop to local stores again. Gave my laptop for cooling paste change for 60ish dollars and it spiraled into a series of problems that ended with a motherboard change for 1500. He refused all responsibily for the problems.

Got the battery to my macbook replaced so quick, easy and great communication. I see no reason to go the Apple store, this is much quicker and cheaper if your insurance is past! I recommend and will for sure go back next time I encounter any issues.

Great local tech shop to get your computer fixed. My guy was friendly and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my PC overheating. He also ordered and installed the replacement cooler for me.

So thrilled that these people are in my neighborhood to solve all my tech problems! I brought in 2 broken laptops, and they showed my that they were NOT actually broken. One was totally dead and I thought it needed a new battery. They showed me that the charging port was broken but there was an alternate charging port that I didn't know about. So problem solved!
The other laptop had a USB port that didn't work, but I think they just blew the dust out of it and then it was fine! So it took a few minutes and it cost me nothing! Great experience!
I remember one time there was a car mechanic who said "I can't fix your windshield wiper and it's $20 for the diagnosis" -- I'm still traumatized by that! There are so many crooks in the world so it's always great to meet people who are who are honest!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! His process is oriented around trust. I scheduled the appointment for a battery replacement. He started by showing me the diagnostics of my phone's health so we could confirm that's what was needed. He was also able to tell me that the diagnostics show my phone is healthy enough to last another 4 years! I assumed I'd have to replace soon based on its age, so he really saved me some money! He showed me the cost in advance so I knew before he did the work. He thoroughly cleaned my phone and gave me a better screen protector. The scheduling and communication emails were easy and clear. Overall, he's about doing the right thing which is rare!

I had broken my phone charger and the charging portion was stuck in my phone’s port. I bought a wireless charger but was able to get the piece removed, so I later exchanged the wireless charger for non-wireless without any problems.
Both times, they tested to confirm the chargers worked for my phone before selling it to me, which I appreciated. Thank you!
